Whereever possible , and where it is safe to do so, we will always encourage and promote indepedence and choice to all of our service users.

Our team will always respect those we support, offering  a person.centered care plan, and taking  into account their personal lifestyle, choices and wishes.

We always have the dignity of our  service users in mind  and when delivering  care, ensuring that we take a warm and respectful approach to personal home care routine

Companionship

Whilst living on your own has lots of benefits, at times it can make you feel lonely and
sometimes quite isolated. Seeing a friendly face can lift your spirits, break up the day or week and give you something to look forward to.

Whether you’d like some companionship or to have someone to share a cup of tea with in the afternoon, you can arrange a social call as little or often as you want.

During social support visits we can carry out an array of tasks such as:

  • Pop in for a chat and a cuppa

  • Read a book with you, watch a favourite film

  • Help you with your hobbies or interests

  • Play games, such as cards, chess or a jigsaw puzzle

  • Visit to a place of interest or visit the bank, high street or supermarket

  • Completing household chores such as Laundry, Ironing etc

Urgent Hospital Admissions

If at any time while we are caring for you are admitted into hospital for a day or even a couple of weeks, we will keep your package of care open, so it can be restarted when you return home.

As we know that closing a package of care can be distressing for you and your family, and could cause unnecessary delays in you being discharged from hospital without one. By keeping your package of care open we are able to ensure that your care continues without any disruption with familiar staff, which will in turn provide you with great continuity and peace of mind especially when returning from hospital.

We will always work very closely with you and your family, while keeping in close contact with the hospital, to ensure that your package of care is restarted with great planning to make it a smooth return home.

Live-In Care

Our live in care service provides you with the support you require throughout the day in your own home. You will have your own dedicated member of staff who will support you on a one to one basis, they will stay at the address, and will take care of you and your home by keeping it tidy and completing all the light domestic duties that may be required on a day to day basis.

This level of support is becoming more and more popular as it gives you a level of support that is not achievable in other care settings.

A wide range of people receive live in care, from those who have become elderly and frail, have physical disabilities, terminal illness, or complex care needs, mental health support needs or learning disabilities. want to know more click here
